Ethical Governance

We ensure performance and accountability through objective measures.

Our ESG Committee is responsible for defining Westhome’s ESG objectives, identifying specific focus areas, and linking our ESG initiatives to our business strategy.

The Committee is governed by our ESG Policy, adopted in May 2020. For a complete perspective, our Committee includes representatives from across our business.

To review progress towards our ESG objectives and goals, the Committee meets at least quarterly. Annually, they assess the overall ESG maturity of our investments and identify priority areas for engagement in the coming year.

Measurable, manageable ESG objectives are also embedded into our employees’ annual performance reviews. This allows every Westhome employee to play a role in understanding and affecting the impact our portfolio has on society and the environment.
