Jennifer Phan brings 13 years of Property Management experience to the corporate team. As Operations Manager, Jennifer is responsible for identifying best practices and implementing policies and procedures across all departments of the firm, supporting the day-to-day operations of the onsite management and maintenance team, assisting the corporate construction management division and the vendors, leading the transition of new assets acquired and/or new management contracts. Jennifer also leads all compliance efforts in partnership with the Westhome’s legal support department to maintain in compliance and state and city ordinances.
Christina Bartlett, Director of Operations for Westhome, brings over 11 years of experience in multifamily management and operations. Prior to coming to Westhome, Christina was an Asset Manager with a 3rd party management company, providing executive level support and oversight for clients along with being instrumental in property acquisitions. With Westhome, Christina is responsible for planning and implementing best practices to support on-site teams through employee training and development along with promoting Weshome’s company culture and values.
As a Multifamily Marketing Director and an executive leader, Marge has driven business growth, lease generation, and high occupancy rates for high-value lease-up projects by building cost-effective and progressive marketing strategies.
Being a property management veteran for 9 years, Marge possesses extensive experience in programming and marketing properties with a collective unit count of over 8000 units spanning 39 properties nationwide. Her bottom-up approach to strategy has optimized property occupancy by augmenting marketing functions and consumer engagement. Skilled at analyzing marketing trends, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing operational upgrades, she has had success supporting overall occupancy growth.
Similarly, her focus on digital marketing operations to capitalize on enhanced market coverage, cost-effectiveness, and the return-on-investment rates has amplified market awareness by 55% by creating an active brand voice in local communities and on digital platforms.

Emilia joined Westhome as the Culture & Development Manager with 9+ years of diverse workforce experience in the multifamily industry. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our leadership team, having held many onsite roles throughout her career. With her deep understanding of day-to-day operations, she serves as a strong liaison for our onsite teams. Driven by her personal and professional core values of self-leadership, and an innate passion for making others’ lives better, Emilia endeavors to inspire our teams through thought-leadership projects that improve the overall employee experience. She diligently identifies opportunities for growth and improvement and devises customized learning and development programs that benefit the evolving needs of our onsite teams. across Los Angeles. She has demonstrated proficiency in lease administration, budgeting, vendor

Shane Robinson is Vice President of Property Management at Westhome, responsible for overseeing the Property Management team and their daily operations. Shane has over 20 years of experience overseeing multifamily properties throughout the west coast. Previously, Shane was the Regional Vice President for Sunrise Management, where he was responsible for overseeing the expansion and management for the entire Los Angeles portfolio. Prior to that he was Regional Portfolio Manager for GHP Management, Robinson directed day-to-day operations while maximizing occupancy rates and profit for over 3 Billion AUM.
